The German Type Half Coupler is a core load-bearing component for the vertical connection of construction scaffolding steel pipes. It is manufactured in strict compliance with the EN 74 (European Standard) international standard, while meeting the safety and compliance requirements for connectors in the construction industry. Different from ordinary snap-on half couplers, this product adopts an integrated fusion welding process for the lock pin and the coupler body. The weld seams undergo X-ray flaw detection testing, ensuring no incomplete welding or missing welding issues. During construction, it can resist the slippage of the coupler caused by mechanical vibration and heavy load pressure, fundamentally reducing safety hazards at the craftsmanship level.
The main body is made of Q235 high-toughness low-carbon structural steel, featuring corrosion resistance and anti-deformation performance. The optimized lock pin angle and anti-slip handle design enable quick assembly and disassembly without complex tools, thus improving construction efficiency.It is mainly used for the vertical load-bearing connection between vertical poles and horizontal poles, and is particularly suitable for high-strength load-bearing scenarios such as bridge construction, high-rise civil buildings over 20 floors, and large-scale factory construction. It can effectively avoid the risk of project acceptance failure due to "non-compliance with relevant standards" and clearly covers the scaffolding construction needs of mid-to-high-end engineering projects.
