General regulations for scaffolding construction

1. The scaffolder should understand the drawings, the specific situation on site, the purpose of skill disclosure and construction operation methods, and transport the required steel pipes, fasteners and other materials to the site, classify and store them, and remove obstacles before installation.

2. When working on a scaffold, it is necessary to wear a safety helmet and fasten a safety belt. It is prohibited to wear high heels, slippers, or hard soled shoes with nails that are easy to slip when working. Items and parts should be placed in a bag, following instructions, gathering ideas, cooperating with each other, and not throwing or littering removed materials. No one is allowed to stand under the scaffolding operation, and scaffolders are prohibited from playing or laughing on the scaffolding.

3. When removing the scaffold near the power source, it is necessary to first block or tightly protect the power source. If necessary, change the orientation before proceeding with the operation. It is not allowed to pull the power cord on the scaffold to avoid electric leakage and injury.
