Regulations to be followed for the use of scaffolding

1) The practical construction load (weight of personnel, materials, and equipment) on every 1m2 surface of the operation layer shall not exceed the following specified values or construction design values;

2) The standard value of construction load (weight of personnel, equipment, and materials on the working layer is 3kN/㎡ for structural scaffolding; Decoration scaffolding is set at 2kN/㎡.

3) The total weight of mortar and containers stacked on the shelf shall not exceed 1.5kN; The single weight of construction equipment shall not exceed 1kN, and the self weight of components manually transported and installed on the frame shall not exceed 2.5kN.

4) The materials set on the shelf should be neatly and stably stacked, without affecting construction operations and personnel access. It is strictly prohibited for personnel to run or retreat on the shelf surface.

5) The working height of the operator on the rack should be within the range of normal operation, and it is prohibited to add objects or single scaffolding boards on the rack to increase the working height.

6) During homework, it is prohibited to dismantle the basic framework members, integral members, connecting fasteners, and wall connecting members of the scaffold at will. When temporary dismantling is required due to operational requirements, * * * shall take corresponding remedial measures with the consent of the supervisor and promptly restore it after the operation is completed.

7) Workers should pay attention to self-protection and the safety of others while working on the scaffolding, to avoid collisions, accidents, and falling objects. It is strictly prohibited to play on the shelf or sit on the railing in unsafe places for rest.

8) Personnel entering and exiting the scaffold must use a safety protected access (ladder), and climbing up and down the scaffold is strictly prohibited.

9) When each shift of workers puts on the shelves for work, they should first check for any problems that may affect safety operations, and only begin work after they have been eliminated and resolved. When any abnormal situations or signs are found during homework, the homework should be stopped immediately for inspection, and only after resolving them can normal homework be resumed; When any abnormal or dangerous situation is discovered, all personnel on board should be immediately notified to evacuate.

10) After completing each task on the rack, * * * will move the remaining materials and items on the rack to the upper (lower) rack; Before the end of each day's work, the shelf surface should be cleaned, the materials and items on the shelf surface should be neatly stacked, and the garbage should be removed; During the homework period, materials and items that fall into the safety net should be promptly cleared. Under no circumstances should materials, items, or garbage be thrown down from the rack.
